Does Eos Lip Balm Cause Allergic Reactions. Vitamin E is listed as tocopherol in the EOS Lip Balm ingredients and can cause irritation to those who are allergic to it. Wish I knew they could cause allergy reaction. The study showed that peppermint oil was the most likely cause of the contact dermatitis.
