How Long Can A Peanut Allergic Reaction Last. Typically it takes from 12 hours to 3 days. I have had my peanut allergy all my life diagnosed at age 2. It can take anywhere from a few hours to 10 days. It receives particular attention because it is relatively common typically lifelong and can cause severe allergic reactions.

When you think of severe allergic reactions to food one of the most common causes is due to peanuts.
